What's for dinner?

What's for dinner today? We're having lamb kebabs, lamb burgers, noodles and sweetcorn. Too busy on here and watching a film to cook a proper meal.

I'm having grilled chicken and mashed potatoes...
I'm a vegetarian, UNLESS the meat was free range...which, it was!(:

Well Lets see. I am making Enchilada Casserole.

Ok so how to make is this: Take tomato sauce and add the seasoning and mix it together. And then heat it up a bit in a sauce pan.

Then you take and add a layer of sauce to the bottom of your casserole dish to keep stuff from sticking.
Then you take the sauce and mix it in your cooked up hamburger meat. Then you do layers.The after you add the thin layer of sauce you do a layer of tortillas.Then you add layer of hamburger meat.And then a layer of cheese.And then you do a layer of tortillas then a layer of hamburger meat and layer of cheese. And you keep doing layers till all the meat is used.Then on top of casserole before sticking in the oven you can add a layer of black olives if you like them.

Stick in the oven 350 for 45 minutes.

But that is what we are having for dinner.

Thats making me hungry!!!
